Here is an excerpt of the review:

The author notes that the vast majority of people spend a lifetime on the third level of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, kept from reaching the three higher levels by ingrained belief systems. The author then encourages the reader to examine their own belief systems, realize how their beliefs may have, in fact, created a boundary preventing them from attaining higher levels find a way to build a bridge above that boundary. In this way, the reader gains control over their beliefs, rather than being controlled may progress toward higher degrees of enlightenment fully alive.”
