Lessons for Leaders

Lessons for Leaders began as requests from my workshop participants over the years. Each Lesson comes from the Teacher Down the Hall Seminar Series and is a collection of memories and moments, thoughts and experiences, issues and concerns leaders encounter every single day. Each page is like pulling a new file from a cabinet full of ways to better understand our human behaviors and human needs. Each file opens another way to examine relationships, restore hope, accept loss support your efforts to resolve conflict. Lessons for Leaders is different from most books or instructional tapes; you may begin on any page. About the Author
Tod Faller has a Pastoral Ministry Certification in Counseling with an MA degree in Educational Leadership. His doctoral work is in Organizational Leadership, Personal Relations and Family Counseling. A career educator, he has served in both public and private education, as teacher, counselor, administrator and consultant, in elementary, secondary and higher education, for over 40 years. A national seminar presenter, award winning author sought after motivational speaker, Tod delivers on this popular, conflict resolution, community (team) building series, “The Teacher Down the Hall.”

His seminars are based on this three book series (book 4, “Lessons for Leaders,” is a supplement to the series). Each seminar is fast-paced, fun, interactive and guaranteed! NOTE: The Teacher Down the Hall” is the name given to Tod Faller’s Relationship Building Book and Seminar Series. Presenting to school systems and organizations across the country, this series was inspired by a very real school teacher. Because of her willingness to set her own agenda aside, to enter the world of her students, this teacher won the hearts of her students and peers, to earn awards and accolades as both a school teacher and as an elementary school principal.
